Our little Victoria had to get her tonsils and adenoids out a few days before Easter. She was a trooper!! Her tonsils where so large that they where touching and pushing her uvula (dangley thing in your throat) forward. She was having problems breathing at night (go figure). We had a horrible experience at the Hospital and where very happy to leave. The last words the nurse said to me where " It's not our fault (about the poor care), we do not know how to take care of small children". That right there just sums up the whole offel time at the Hospital. We had to stay over night because she was so young. We did find out that she is allergic to medical tape. Her IV was in her foot and when they took it out she had a burn on it from the tape that was holding the IV in. Kendra got to go to work with Daddy for 2 days. They had a fun time. When they brought me some dinner and she finally got to see Victoria on the first day, she was very worried. She had to sit by her on her bed and she did not want to leave her. After some tears she finally went home with daddy. She kept telling him that she did not feel good and needed to go to the hospital so the doctors could fix her and she could be with her sister. It was very cute. Victoria is doing much better now (2 months later). She does not snore at night either!!! We love her so much and are so happy she does not have to worry about how to breath any more.
